Please explain more detail what is you want to do ..

i want to play 10 various- url; every hour (scheduled them all) or like wise 24 url every hour so ,
on android -tab device s for information purpose

What do you mean by URL? Sound, video, webpage? You will probably need the itoo or alarm extension to handle things when your app is in the background...

it is going to play mp4, -videos, webpage with in background mp3, and adding to it to run in i frame - youtube url
