How do you change theme of the screen to none? (remove that bar at the top of the screen)

Hi there!
I was wondering one thing for an app which I'll be making - can I set the theme of the screen to nothing?
(I know there is no option like that in the theme, I just want to remove that bar at the top of the screen. Is it possible?)
