How do I use activitystarter_extras in this case?

I have this structure to send an email and I need to put only in red color what I mark with the red box, but I always put it at the end of the email (green box).

any idea ?

I did not know, that the activity atarter is able to do html formatting...
What happens, if you move the remaining text into here?

Alternatively use one of the other solutions, which offer html formatting
