Something like this (tested this recently, looks like the Google Sheets link is dead; it should still work for yours). Just change the number of textboxes and the corresponding code to the number of fields you have.

You'll need to use list filtering. Try this updated .aia; enter the search query in the "filter" TextBox (note that this query will be case-sensitive). If there are multiple matches for one query, press the browse button again, with the same query, to get the next match. contactform (1).aia (6.1 KB)
