How do I set up a IP camera for Personal Image Classifier?

Hi everyone.
I am doing some thing of Personal Image Classifier at:
https://classifier.appinventor.mit.edu/
which said at first that: No webcam found.To use this interface, use a device with a webcam.
how to fix this? how to set up a webcam here please?

It depends on whether your PC has a built-in Web camera or not Adam.

If you have a desktop you will need to acquire a camera. If you have a newer laptop, you may have a built-in camera.
