How do I set content of second spinner depending on the item selected in the first spinner

how can i do it becuase im having trouble setting it up like
Grade Level for spinner 1
then i want to show 2 sections in spinner 2 for every grade level they tap

but i want to use spinner do i just change it to Listview to Spinner? because im using recyclerlist
