I was making a code where you take your
Current location and find the nearest hospital from there. I checked some other post where someone did the same thing but with a store but that didn’t work either. Can someone help me out?
Have you tried adding ' near me' to an activity starter help sample call?
- Performing web search. Assuming the term you want to search for is “vampire” (feel free to substitute your own choice), set the properties to:
Action:android.intent.action.WEB_SEARCHExtraKey:queryExtraValue:vampireActivityPackage:com.google.android.providers.enhancedgooglesearchActivityClass:com.google.android.providers.enhancedgooglesearch.Launcher
(from the Activity Starter help)
(I tried this, and got a 601 error, activity not found.)
The MIT Activity Starter help might need to be updated.
Im on an ios and I'm only seeing solutions for android apps
I tried looking though that I still don't know how to use the activity starter for IOS
Put this in a Button event handler. It works on Android. It is simple but probably will work with ios.
Does it? ![]()
or if you want to use it with your LocationSensor
It works Thank you!!!!
I'm making an app where if you press a button, you can find the nearest hospitals in your area by using a google maps API but I don't know what to do next. Can someone help out?
Idk what to put in the web1.gottext
You could assign responseContent directly into a Label.Text, so you could see if it was indeed JSON, and not some other html message.
