How do I put review button where user can write there comments and reviews about visit places?

I am working on an tourism app which shows different places of interest to the tourists user with description (Available in Google play store "Awaragardh"), I want to add a review button by which user can put there reviews and comments / suggestions for a place, looking for help how can I add this . thanks

Create a multiline text box and upload its text to some online DataBase like Firebase. Then retrieve the same text which will be in lists. I'll share the block in a moment...
