how to preview pdf from google drive in a web viewer?
The only way to view PDF Files is using a viewer, aware of a web viewer, but i recommend installing a PDF viewer for your OS, web viewers might cause damage to your device.
there is google docs in my phone..so how to do it?
Google docs? it can be started through chrome browser, by going to Google Docs: Online Document Editor | Google Workspace

1. Right click the PDF file, click open with...
2. choose microsoft edge.
Windows 11 22H2:
For everytime:
1. Right Click the PDF File, click open with...
2. choose microsoft edge, click "Always".
Just once:
1. Right Click the PDF File, click open with...
2. choose microsoft edge, click "Just once".
