How do I open apps in popup view?

I have a application which starts the google map as activity. So is it possible to open my mit app inventor app it in popup view(found in the lastest versions of android where the app appears as a icon which can be clicked anytime to open) automatically?

Yes, this is possible. Try this extension called "Floating view" by @Jarlissonlira2.

this extension just do popups implemented by author of the app and not viewing apps in popup (samsung screenshot in first message). @Thats_it mean something like messenger
