How do I open a subscreen from a different screen?

Hello! I need help opening a subscreen from a different screen. I have a notifier that goes off if a certain time has passed in my app. When that time has passed, it will go to the subscreen I created, but I can't figure out how.

I tried doing this:

It should be some arrangements on Screen8.
And he want to show one of them only, according to the choice on Screen1.

@ffffex it looks ok from the block you posted, except it will better to use the logic or text equal than the math equal. Did you got any error? or what it actually act as?
