How do I make scrolling text? Like a Next Stop: sign on a bus

So I want to add a Now Playing: sign to my music player app, but some songs may be too long to display. Is there any way of adding scrolling text, preferably in LED font, to a label? Maybe there's an extension somewhere? Any code would be helpful too. Thanks.
