How do I guarantee a canvas image save?

So the save button doesn't work like when I press the save button the picture doesn't always save. How do I make the save button work more often? Thanks in advance!

Ok I tied it on my phone and it worked. But is there any way to change the output folder?

To the camera roll/gallery and not the document folder.

Two options:

  1. Copy / move the file from the ASD to /DCIM/...png (using the File component with WRITE permission or better the TaifunFile extension without storage permissions on Android 11+).
  2. Set DefaultFileScope to Legacy and save it there directly.

Can you show what blocks to place? because I can't figure out to use the TaifunFile extension?

If you are asking for help, I recommend you to make it as easy for others to be able to help you ...
You probably will get more feedback then...

which means in your case post a screenshot of your relevant blocks...

To download the aia file, upload it to App Inventor, open it, do some bug hunting for you, etc... this takes time, and most people will not do that...
