How do I find if an extension has an update SerialOTG?

I have an app that is a couple years old, that utilized the SerialOTG extension.
I started getting a runtime error "Targeting S+..." and I believe it might be related to the noted extension (version 1 built 2020-11-21).

I do not remember the author, so how do I find if there is an update that might fix the error...
