When I try to work on my Pong Project from a Starter.aia File the sound component isn't there. Any Ideas how i get it to show up?

Do you mean you want to use a sound file?
Then go to the media and upload the sound file.
You can play it using the inbuilt player or Sound component.
The Blocks Toolkit is in the Attributes of Screen1.
