How do I download iOS App Inventor Companion without App Store?

I would like to make an app for iPhone
I have an iPhone 7, without a SIM, with a connection to the phone's internet via wifi
Not having a SIM, how can I download the iOS App Inventor Companion app?

If I remember correctly, it is not possible (easily) to sideload apps in iOS.....

  1. You cannot make an app, you can only develop.

  2. Connect your device to WiFi.network.

A SIM shouldn't be required to access the App Store. You should be able to proceed to our listing on the App Store like any other app and install it. What error message are you receiving suggesting a SIM card is necessary?
