It's great place to start with Blocky.

And what you'll need have

  • A browser
  • A text editor
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

and as @Taifun mentioned in earlier conversation,

It's a javascript library, so we need to have a good knowledge of js.
