Where do you create your WebViewer ? Just add a vertical arrangement in designer to be the container of webviewer and then from blocks ...

Thank you for your advice.
I just created custom web viewer on screen1, but when I open blocks,
there is no vertical arrangement1,
Maybe I did something wrong?

CustomWebView is an extension which means it can't be directly added to screen so you need a container where it can create webview(s).
And that container should be either Horizontal Arrangement or Vertical Arrangement. (There should be a category named layouts in component panel.)
