How do I build iOS-IPA App

Is it possible to generate an iOS IPA-Build to install it directly via sideload on a iOS-Smartphone/Tablet?

Not currently possible to generate an IPA file MIT developers are still working on it and testing it also I am not sure if side loading is allowed for IOS (do you mean something like Alt Store ?).
