How do I add Android In-App Billing v3 Library to my App Inventor project?

I built an app with App Inventor 2 and downloaded Pura Vida Apps In-App billing extension. Then articles I have read guide me that I should add Android In-App Billing V3 Library to my project. I stucked at "Add option to build.gradle file". Should I use 'Firebase'? or need Android studio or Gradle, SDK?

What should I do to step forward?
Appreciate any How To links or guide, thx.

Actually, as I didn't get the interacting process between Android In-App Billing v3 Library to App Inventor. I didn't attach any billing function on my App Inventor project so far.

after downloading the extension the next step would be to import it into your project. See the App Inventor Extensions document about how to use an App Inventor Extension

Also you might want to take a look at the 3 example projects, which are also available in the download folder...

no, you only have to import the extension and drag it to the working space...
