Welcome to community. The App Inventor account is tied directly to your Google account. However, projects can be transferred to new accounts. I assigned your problem to a PU to check it and recommend you what you should do to get your projects

Yes, I can transfer your projects. Please send me a private message with your old Google address, the new Google address you want to use with App Inventor, and a description of some of the projects so that I can verify ownership.
I usually do transfers in batches every few weeks. I plan to do my next transfer at the end of the month. Does that work for you?
