How can my android apps be operated in IOS by my friends?
App Inventor 2 apps (at the moment) ONLY work on Android devices.
Having said that they can only be installed on Android, they can also work on computers using an
Adnroid emulator and on ios devices using an emulator. I do not recommend doing this, but you asked. How well does this stuff work? No idea.

Emulators on iOS are historically unsafe, because you have to download apks and stuff and it becomes a mess of sideloading. I wouldn’t recommend using an iOS emulator, just use a computer emulator, generally much safer and more secure.
