How can I upload PDFs in MIT App Inventor which can be viewed by the people using my app?

I want to make a library app in which I can upload my stories as PDFs that can be viewed by others but I don't know how to do that. Do I need to download an extension? If yes, please give me the to link do so. Thank you for your help.
