How can I put a large list without typing one by one in blockcode?

How can I put a large list (in a spinner) without typing one by one ,
Ι do not want to type it in ElementsFromString in Designer .
I just want to put it in the blockcode only.
Example , list with items "a,s,d,f,g,h,j,k,l,q,w,e,r,t,y,u,i,o,p"
How can I put it all together straight away in the blockcode?

Also a trick I use with large lists is to use excel and Convert Column to Comma Separated List. I create my list in an excel column and then paste it to the site. Comma separarated list is auto-copied to clipboard and then you can paste it to text block.
