I assume you mean you want to create your own App to run on iPhones. Currently, App Inventor does not support iOS, the Apple iPhone System, but the work to support it is very advanced, so sometime in the future we will hopefully support iOS as well as Android.

You can create apps for iPhone using the companion app. You can not build ipa files that can be uploaded to the Play Store or installed on your phone. The buildserver is being tested to build ipa files.
But Picture text cannot meaning for this.
