How can I get a string of data from the esp 32 sensor

I want to receive data (RGB code) from a color sensor connected to the esp 32 and enter it in a line in my application. And I can't find necessary block

This is not enough information to reply to you. What have you tried? Did you develop some Arduino stuff? Do you know how to use AppInventor?
Do some tutorials and you will find out.
