chat view extension normally only used For show the message on screen.

as to how to send and receive text/image/audio/video, you need other component like tinywebdb, firebase, clouddb, or other file server.

Take my example from here:

then think about how you can add an attachment from your device (or url), then how the attachment can be stored for others, then how to display the link to the attachment in the message. You could then work on how to have more than one attacment in a message.
