How can i check an app, whether it was created with AI2?

Hi,
Does anyone have an idea, how I can check whether a “third-party” app was created with the App Inventor?

Usually this can be seen in the packageName:

But I changed the packageName in some of my newer apps. However, this is a bit more challenging.
