Horizontal list with value

I would like to create something like the picture below, something like a slider, this triangle indicates our number and must be stationary. Of course, if we move right, we will have a higher value, left lower.
I try with the HorizontalScrollArrangment and put many labels here, but I think this is not a good way, especially if I want to have more than 300 numerical values.

Move a scroll bar
