Google now requres an api level of 33 and the appy builder I am running is at api level 26 how can I upgrade the api level to 33
This is the App Inventor Community. You shouldn't use an old builder like AppyBuilder anymore. It is not updated since a long time. You should remove all the components that are not in App Inventor and then try to import it in App Inventor.

You can't
This is not only to change a number in the manifest from 26 to 33... there are also all the behavioral changes, and between 26 and 33 there have been a lot. .
