You are probably missing a plus sign after the exclamation mark:
"!" + sh.getDataRange()

Does what you are doing (mixing a query with an appendRow) actually work ?

Not really sure what you are attempting to do. The output of the query goes nowhere / does nothing, and why, if the email is already in the spreadsheet, do you then post the email's additional data (again?)
