Help with textbox formatting

Hello, i am trying to make a notepad with formatting options, but not one text. Example:

Hello World!
i dont want it to be
Hello World!

is this possible without any extensions or even possible? (if i need extension, thats ok)

I mean textboxes, not labels

Yes, sorry. It was for labels. As far as I know, it cannot be done with textBox...I don't know if there is an extension..
