my guess is the locationservice extension? App Inventor Extensions: Location Service | Pura Vida Apps
for all my paid extensions, just scroll down the corresponding webpage to find a large green box with all information you need...

you have to at least start the service...
after buying see the example project how to work with the extension

you first might want to do some tutorials to learn the basics
