So, when i try to download the emulator through my browser, it doesnt work. I try different browsers, everything! It says the server ip cannot be found :(.
It does work, but the thing says "The app inventor thing has been downloaded for all uses before, please restart with admisnstator privlages" but i have adminastraotr privlages because im the only one using this laptop. (sorry if i made spelling errors, i cant spell)

Just because you are the only one using the laptop does not mean you are loading the setup software with Admin privileges' Bobbert/.
Uninstall the emulator, then right click on the ...win_setup.exe to get this pop up
then left click on Run as administrator
