There is no ADD BUTTON.CLICK EVENT to add to the sample tutorial. So, I hit a brick wall and cannot continue. How am I supposed to learn when that Button is missing from the Block Menu? I can’t !!

Assuming you are talking about our translation tutorial done in conjunction with YR Media, if you’re following the tutorial and on step 6 of 12, you should have a button called TranslateButton in your app. You should select that from the list to reveal the events for that button, including the Click event:
