Handle Error 1103 till connection back

Hi all , Gad to be here first and this's my first question ,
i have an app posting data to google sheet related to lang and lat, it works fine but i'm wondering if the there's no connection how can i catch this error ( Gap occur within the visits day ) and store result in offline database till connection back , then once it back fire this data to another spreadsheet

appreciate any support here how to accomplish something like this

There are several network checking extensions you could try

and you can save the data to a tinydb
