Google Spreadsheet not geeting updated

The code runs successfully but I see no reflections of it in the google sheet. what am I doing wrong..?

Plz help...

I never used SpreadSheet, but you only have one row and one column?

I wish the app to create a column as per the date and add the info encoded in the QR Code to that column.
