Google sheet data live update

Hi
Its Possible to Show google sheet data input text to show list view components live.
Example:
1st- text box
2nd- Send button (for send text box data to Google sheet)
3rd- List view Component (for show data from google sheet)

When I click send button text box data send to google sheet then at a time Google sheet data view in list view component.

I can do send data to Google sheet and Input data from google sheet but This two factor not work live or realtime

Is access to the google sheet restricted (only the google account holder) or anyone with the link ?

If anyone with the link, you should be able to use either gviz query or export=csv...
