Get score from a listview

Hello community,
I can get a total score from a list with only numbers as picture below. But if the numbers combine with alphabet or symbol, how do I set the blocks and get the same result = "11" ? And if there are many many such items in the list, how to set the blocks to get a total score when press a button?

All you have to do is add the segment text block:

Here, separator symbol is ':' , use which is applicable for your code.
