i mean if my students made an app they can have a certificate from the MIT website???

To the best of my knowledge, MIT does not provide that. It is a great idea.
Make one for your class using https://templates.office.com/en-us/certificate-of-completion-blue-tm00001112 and a Paint program on your PC.
