Freelance Helper needed to Help with App to copy and send URLs

I am an Uber Driver and and work on some MITAi2 projects. I can come up with a small budget if anyone here can help with an App that will copy URL and send it to Contact(s). Problem I am having is that my Phone takes over and obscures the App. Maybe there is a way to do this with App Inventor, or else I may have to see if Google Flutter can be used. IN any case, pls reply with your Contact Information & will be happy to set up a Zoom call.
