i have no idea, but all the file i fetch from google drive as pdf

Ensure all pdfs are set like this:
OK, I've changed the permissions of all the files, like that and the error no longer appears in my application. but the result is still blank

FWIW, your issues appear to be solely related to file access permissions, and not with the extension itself.
oh I see, maybe because I only use the emulator to test the application. you know, actually I wanted to try my application on my device but for some reason the application couldn't be opened, an error message appeared. but if I try it on my company's device the application can open (Amazon Fire HD 10). Maybe my device has the latest version of Android so it doesn't support apps made by MIT AI2
AI2 works fine on the latest Android (15).

How large ? How many pages ? Did you try the ViewBigPDF alternative ?

Where/how are you trying to upload to ?
