Is that Send block returning anything or you have unfortunately forgot to make it as a void? 
it returns the response
The Block name is misunderstanding. You can use this-
ReturnSendText
well it sends the sms and returns the response
Then make the block a void and add an event block. Just a suggestion 
but using the return thing you can check if send was successful or error occured
You can do that with void also. Use try-catch method.
