I like to play around with app inventor 2 so I have a lot of projects that are filling my page. Is there a way to organize them into folders or something similar so all my projects aren’t always showing in the main my projects?

A spreadsheet would have been smarter.
Oh, by the way, I export everything to DropBox folders as I code. I don't depend on MIT for backup.
Well, you can save your Projects to your PC drive, that is the nearest to what you wish for. It's a good idea to back-up regularly to your PC too.
