Welcome to the community. Try using a different emulator such as Genymotion, NoxPlayer or Memu Play or use the companion app on a real device.

Actually I am using this for teaching purpose so want the students to use only MIT emulator. So is there any way firebase can work on emulator in windows, as in MAC it's working fine.

Emulator issue as the app refuses to work

There's a beta version for Windows that runs a newer version of Android that will support Firebase. You can find the download link on this page: Also, judges will be testing on real Android devices, so having it not quite work in the emulator is fine.
