It should be saved in the Private directory (→ Internal Storage):
/data/user/0/<packageName>/files/
to read from it:
You assume too much, but could be right 
Why should someone read from this folder without first saving to it?
They may have saved to /Result.txt but trying to readFrom Result.txt
