No issues at all (with Companion, should work with the compiled app as well):
I downloaded the file perfectly and quickly too, 2.50 in two seconds.
But when I try to start the audio nothing happens.
Here is the file path:
/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/appinventor......./file/italiano.mp3
and here are the blocks, maybe I'm missing something?

You shouldn't hard-code the ASD / Player.Source.
I have no issues at all downloading and then playing a MP3 file.
I don't understand what it means:
You should not hard code the ASD/Player.Source file.
How should i do?
There is a block for the ASD (path) in my extension.
