Fazer post em API da adafruit

Olá, talvez já tenha algo parecido aqui na comunidade, mas é tão novo pra mim que apanhei até pra procurar.
Preciso postar um determinado valor em um feed no broker da adafruit e esse é o exemplo da API

$ curl -F 'value=42' -H "X-AIO-Key: {io_key}" https://io.adafruit.com/api/v2/{username}/feeds/{feed_key}/data

Eu consigo fazer todas as requisições e formatar os dados. Mas quando é para enviar dados, eu preciso trabalhar com cabeçalhos, é aí que travo. Tentei usar vários exemplos aqui, mas sem sucesso.

It would really help if you provided a screenshot of your relevant blocks, so we can see what you are trying to do, and where the problem may be.

To get an image of your blocks, right click in the Blocks Editor and select "Download Blocks as Image". You might want to use an image editor to crop etc. if required. Then post it here in the community.
