Popup window and Popup menu are different from each other and also the work of both is different. IMO it wouldn't makes any sense to combine them

Hello. I have three questions for you:

  1. I can't understand how the window size parameter works? I set the window width to 600 and it goes beyond my screen even though my screen size is 2400*1080.
  2. In this case, how can I optimize the size of this window for different phones with different screens? Perhaps you could add the ability to set the size to %?
  3. Could you add screen dimming around the window?
