Extension Text to speech in Hebrew?

I have created a chat bot it's working with no problems the only problem i have is when i get the Hebrew response the app not speaking in Hebrew but in English yes i need to find an extension that will work with Hebrew

If the chatbot is returning English text, send it through the translator component to get Hebrew text.

Then send the Hebrew text through the TTS component.
